I am Helen and I found solace in the practice of yoga many years ago after my friend recommended a local Vinyasa class in London. It was then that I discovered my true passion for Yoga and the stimulating benefits for the mind, body and soul.
This took me on a life long journey which included training at the Yoga Bhawna Mission, Uttarkashi in the Himalayas
