Purchase Policy 

All purchases made within Barefoot Yoga & Therapy purchased at the studio or online may be rescheduled no less than 2 hours prior to the class taking place. Late cancellations or no shows will not be refundable or transferable.

Payments and data capture is provided by our booking software Mindbody. By using this service, you agree Barefoot Yoga & Therapy is not responsible for the processing of your personal and financial data.

Refunds

Cancellation policy

Barefoot Yoga & Therapy’s class cancellation policy is 2 hours. If you do not cancel with at least 2 hours prior notice, this will result as a late cancel and your credit will not be returned to your account. If you do not late cancel and no show for a class more than 3 times, then you may be penalised from booking future classes.

We have a strict cancellation policy of 2 hours for classes, and 24 hours for workshops, private sessions, and therapies. Missed bookings or bookings cancelled within these times will be charged in full.

Waiting List

If you are added to the waitlist when booking and a space opens, you will automatically be added from the waitlist into that class. If you have email notifications enabled in your account, you will receive an ‘added from the waitlist’ automatic email notification. Please add our email: in**@ba********************.com to your safe senders list to avoid automatic emails going into spam. You can view which classes you are registered for by in your account. If you are added from the waitlist and can no longer attend, you must cancel your booking to allow someone else to take you place.

Booking Terms & Conditions 

At Barefoot Yoga & Therapy we reserve the right to amend or cancel yoga classes at any time, including teacher substitutions. We will endeavour to inform those effected as soon as possible.

Barefoot Yoga & Therapy takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. We guarantee the security of any information you disclose online. By using our website, you accept the inherent security implications of dealing online and will not hold Barefoot Yoga & Therapy responsible for any breach of security unless such breach has been caused by the studio’s negligence.
